Comedian John Mulaney Returns to Bryce Jordan Center This Fall

Award-winning comedian John Mulaney will make another trip to Penn State this fall on his “Mister Whatever” tour, the Bryce Jordan Center announced Tuesday morning.

Tickets for the Thursday, Oct. 22 stand-up show go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m Friday, March 27. Presale tickets for the event will be available at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 25 with code BJC30. Penn State University Park students can reserve $30 tickets using their student ID through Friday. 

Mulaney’s visit to Happy Valley marks his third appearance on campus, with his most recent visit being a December 2023 at the Jordan Center for his “Bounce Back Tour.” The newest leg of his current tour is set to kick off this month and will run through November.

The comedian has achieved wide recognition for his work over the last few decades as a writer, comedian and actor. Mulaney has four Emmy Awards under his belt as well as a Critics’ Choice and a Writers Guild of America award. 

Mulaney has also had an extensive partnership with Netflix, featuring in five stand-up specials, a musical children’s special and two live variety/talk show series, including his recent “Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney,” in which he serves as host, writer and executive producer.
